The minute I saw the listing I knew this was the place to be. Check in was a breeze and communication w the host was outstanding. The property was exactly as described and was even better in person. If you looking for a property in the Scottsdale area you have to check this property out. Amazing place and the price was also outstanding.

Its a mixed review...Property could use a thorough, deep cleaning and need service for pest control, however its a very spacious property with good accomodations for multiple people. While not golfing, we spent most of our time sitting outside, so this served our needs well. The hosts responded very quickly to our issues with chirping smoke detectors. Because of the cleaning issues, we wouldn't go back.

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious. Great for entertaining and close to the city center. We had 8 adults all with their own space. House was well equipped with anything you need for a memorable time. Highly likely we book here again next year.

The good: house is well laid out with plenty of activities and activity areas. Master bed/bath were huge. All the beds were in decent shape and had nice clean linens. Towels were also decent and clean and there were plenty including extras to use by the pool. Plenty of bathrooms. Each has soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. There are spices and decent cooking tools and plates. The casita is in pretty decent condition. Communication and handling of issues was EXCELLENT. The not so good: this place has been rode hard and put up wet. Everything works for the most part, but the hard use shows. The biggest issue, and every one of my guests commented on it, is the place wasn’t very clean. It was sort of cleaned by a crew when we got there, but this place needs a SCRUBBING. Top to bottom a real deep cleaning. There was debris on all the floors, including old food around the kitchen. The floors didn’t seem to have been mopped. The grill is a disaster. We grilled the first day but went out to eat after that because it was in such miserable condition. The floors are very worn.Overall I’m not dissatisfied. 3 stars is denoted as “Okay” and that’s an accurate summation. I will again mention the communication was excellent and that makes up for a lot. All in all an amazing property operated by good people but in need of some real tlc.
