Tourist highlights: The Basque coast is known for its picturesque beauty. I’ll mention the cliffs stretching from Hendaye to Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Bidart, Biarritz... It’s magnificent.
There are golf courses in the area: 4 km from Hondarribia, 12 km from Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and 20 km from Biarritz.
Our cuisine is also well-known, including the traditional pintxos, which you can sample in any of the surrounding towns, among the most notable: San Sebastián and Hondarribia, which you can reach from Hendaye by a small traditional boat (Txalupa) from the Hendaye Marina in just 5 minutes. And there’s no problem finding parking once you’re in Hondarribia.
Surfers: One of the favorite sports along our Cantabrian coast is surfing, which is becoming increasingly popular in Hendaye. It’s a very trendy sport.
There are surf schools on the beach, which in turn rent out boards so that people can practice this sport on their own or get started with private or group lessons.

La casa es amplia y luminosa, muy limpia, equipada y perfectamente mantenida. Se encuentra en una tranquila calle muy cerca de un gran supermercado con todo lo necesario, lo que resultó comodisimo. La terraza es amplia y perfecta para comer y cenar si el tiempo lo permite. Estuvimos encantados en la casa de Beatriz, ella y su familia fueron muy amables y sin duda repetiremos cuando volvamos a Hendaya.

We (7 persons) have enjoyed fully our stay in this apartment. The beds are very good and the house very clean.
We have spent quality time on the spacious terrace and the very nice garden. (with barbecue) the kitchen is very well equipped too and we did make our own food during the 8 days we stayed there.
Sanitary is impeccable and the shower on the main floor is very spacious.
Good wifi and TV / DVD player.
This apartment is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood and very close to the train station. and within walking distance of the beach or Irun.
Beatriz, the owner is a warm and enchanting person which helped and informed us big time.. really enjoyed our stay in this apartment and I would certainly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Situé au calme, bien décoré nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
Merci à Beatriz pour son accueil très chaleureux et sympathique.
Je recommande fortement cette location.
