About this villa rental
New to the site, this magnificent 145m² architect-designed villa has been completely renovated and decorated with a natural, bright, spacious, and comfortable ambiance.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beaches (just a 6-minute drive away), it includes:
- The large living room boasts high ceilings with its cathedral ceiling and fireplace.
A fully equipped kitchen with a central island.
On the 2nd floor, you have 4 bedrooms:
- A master suite with its private bathroom (shower and bathtub).
- A 180x200cm bed, with a small office area for work.
- A bedroom with a 160x200cm bed.
- A bedroom with two or three 80x190cm beds, but they can be arranged differently; they can be combined depending on the number of people.
- A small bedroom with an 80x190cm bed.
Very importantly, the bedding is new.
the household linen pack is included (sheets, small and large towels, tea towels, bath mats washed at 90°)
Everything in the house is new.
You have another bathroom with a shower and toilet in the hallway.
Then a toilet with its sink on the first floor.
We have everything you need for babies; don't hesitate to let me know what you'll need for your stay!
You have a large, secure swimming pool with a gate and alarm, with deckchairs and parasols available. Facing south, you'll have sun all day long with a view of the Rhune, not overlooked.
It includes a 1,350 m² plot of land. You'll enjoy exceptional mountain views and, above all, peace and quiet, away from the crowds. The Hendaye neighborhood where the house is located is a unique place to enjoy Hendaye, the Basque Country, and its attractions.
Sorry, but pets are strictly prohibited, as are festive evenings. We can check regularly since we live nearby. In addition, the villa offers indoor parking for two vehicles with a sliding gate, but you can also park along the property without any worries; you have five spaces.
Less than a 5-minute walk away, you'll find the great Arroenia restaurant with its local dishes, a pizzeria, a pharmacy, hairdresser, bakery, wine shop, and a doctor.
There's a bus line 400 meters away and a bike path that runs from the Bidasoa River to Hendaye beach.
Distance from the house to Saint-Jean-de-Luz: 16 minutes
House to Biarritz: 26 minutes
House to San Sebastian: 26 minutes
IMPORTANT NOTE
Vacation insurance will be requested upon booking via your insurance company.
- A rental contract will also be provided.
- Optional service: you can request end-of-stay cleaning before arrival for €300. If you do not request it, you must clean the property before your departure (kitchen, bedrooms, grill, etc.).

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez tiphany. Une sensation de vacance s'installe dès que nous arrivons dans cette superbe villa refaite à neuf avec sa belle piscine vue montage.
La maison est très agréable à vivre avec sa décoration balinaise, une très bonne litterie, une maison bien propre, un équipement neuf complet.
Deux très belles terrasses pour se relaxer et manger, nous avons eu le calme, très important et surtout nous sommes près de tout , plage etc..
La boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurant, bus , tout à 200m de la maison.
Je recommande vivement très certainement le meilleur logement que nous avons eu.
Tiphany était à l'écoute, un hôte formidable nous avons eu droit à un panier d 'accueil vraiment très touchant..
je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe maison. Les hôtes Tiffany et Fabien nous ont gentiment accueillis avec une petite surprise de bienvenue !
La maison est entièrement rénovée et possède un magnifique et reposant jardin avec piscine.
Nous avons tres bien dormi car la literie est neuve et sent particulièrement bon, ce qui est très appréciable !!
Le salon est spacieux avec de grandes baies vitrées ce qui est très rare dans la région d’après mes expériences !
Parfaitement localisée, la maison est à proximité de tous commerces (pharmacie, boulangerie supers restos et même coiffeur) et à la fois proche des montagnes et du bord de mer. Nous pouvons accéder à la plage en moins de 10 minutes ! Je vous recommande cette maison les yeux fermés !
