Welcome to your dream getaway in San Tan Valley! This beautifully renovated home boasts a modern boho style. It comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families, groups, or friends.
Step inside to find a stylish and modern mid-century interior, complete with an open-concept living space designed for relaxation and entertainment. The open concept, fully equipped kitchen features beautiful quartzite countertops and all the cookware you need to whip up delicious meals, while the spacious dining area is perfect for gathering together. There are 3 nicely appointed eating areas.
Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully furnished with cozy beds and ample storage, ensuring a restful stay for everyone. The master suite offers a luxurious soak in private bath, while the other bedrooms share a well-appointed full bathroom. A convenient half-bath is located on the main floor.
Game night anyone? The loft features multiple board games and a foosball table for family fun. The 2 car garage had a full size ping pong table along with room for parking.
Outside, you’ll discover a private backyard oasis. The spacious golf course lot offers the most amazing views of the mountains and golf course. Perfect for meditating or grilling out on the BBQ grill. You’ll find everything you need for a memorable stay. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking.
Located in a quiet neighborhood with a variety of amenities including 3 pools, pickle ball, golf course, parks, basketball courts, tennis and frisbee golf and not far to the local attractions. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

2 car garage available for parking with longer term guests. Pets welcome with host approval, additional fees apply $100 per pet/ stay.

We were in town for a wedding. Eight adults stayed and it was quite comfortable. The house was immaculate and spacious. The listing was a little confusing as the picture of the office looks like it’s an actual room, but in person it is a loft. The futon was comfy. I would highly recommend. We plan to return spring/summer for a longer stay to enjoy more of the amenities it offers.The owners were quick to respond and really assisted with the stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property in San Tan Valley. The house was beautiful, clean, and a great location! The owners were super nice and very easy & prompt to communicate with. Highly recommend!
