RECREATIONAL PASSES: Recreational Passes are needed to utilize the resort-style amenities. You don't have to purchase any passes if you don't want to - purchase only for those who'll be using the amenities. Passes are purchased at an additional cost. The cost for passes during 2023 will be $95 per weekly pass (Sat-4:00pm-Fri-Closing) per pass or $25 per daily pass. Please call the Lighthouse Club in advance of your stay to purchase passes. Children under 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Coastal Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm.
Linens: The home will include pillows, blankets, comforters, and mattress covers. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and towels are not provided. Rental Guests can choose to bring their own linens or rent them from one of the local rental services.
Outdoor Monitoring: The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. We enjoyed our week long stay with our family. We had 11 people and there was more than enough space for us. The Coastal Club pool was a huge hit for the kids. Great vacation!

Overall this unit was very nice as is the Coastal Club community but we had a few issues. When we booked this unit through VRBO it was listed as having 2 king size beds & 2 queens. We arrived to find that 1 of the king beds was only a full bed. We booked this unit specifically because it had 2 king beds so it was very disappointing to have to put a couple in a full size bed which is way too small for 2 people.
We also found a lot of mold & mildew in both the master bath shower & the kitchen sink. They obviously hadn't been properly cleaned in a while.
And lastly, on the evening of the first day we discovered we had no hot water. The property manager offered to send someone out the next day. In the end we did some online research about tankless water heaters and were able to reset it ourselves. Incidentally, I mentioned the king bed situation in my text to him but he never responded to that.
I've emailed the host about these issues a couple of times since we returned home but unfortunately he hasn't responded.
If you're going to rent this property be aware that you might not be getting the bedding that's listed and check for cleanliness & hot water upon arrival so you can at least try to get those issues resolved before you settle in.
