About this house rental
his luxurious, newly built, beach front property, located just meters from the popular Mylopotas Beach, comprises three charming individual villas and a large, beautifully landscaped outdoor communal space.
The houses, each of which can sleep 4 people, comprise a fitted and fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, two bedrooms with ample storage space (one double and one twin) and two bathrooms. Each also has a private outdoor hot water shower and a spacious upper level terrace with panoramic views of the entire beach and neighboring islands.
The outside space, overlooking the beach, features a large barbeque area as well as smaller, more private seating areas adjacent to each house. The space is stunningly landscaped with bougainvillea, cacti, edible herbs and an extensive lighting system. The property also has a large private parking area (suitable for up to 4 cars) which is secured by an automatic gate.
Guests are also entitled to full use of the facilities at the neighboring Far Out Village, including the swimming pool and tennis courts.

I booked this property for 4 nights for my family of 5. (two adults and three adult children, 17, 20, and 23). It was more room than we needed but a wonderful treat for everyone to have so much space and their own bedroom. We all fell head over heels with this place and are scheming about how and when to get back there. It was the highlight of our trip which involved other Greek islands and villas. It is even more stunning than the photos convey, perfect beach-side location and walkable to all Mylopotas tavernas, markets, bakeries, cafe's etc. but still large and protected enough that it feels private and quiet. The terrace is MASSIVE and arranged beautifully with countless different sitting areas, loungers, outdoor showers, grilling area, tables, and flower planters. The villas are clean and crisp and simply but beautifullly decorated. The villa owner was wonderful, kind, helpful, and responsive, and there is also a local caretaker who meets you at the villa and gives you a tour and offers helpful information about local attractions and dining. It exceeded all of our expectations and I would absolutely book again!
