This property was everything we could have asked for. Location was perfect, clean, quiet street, all the necessities in the kitchen (except maybe could have used a couple of bigger mugs.) We went to Pittsburgh for a Pitt sports weekend, and the convenience to upper campus was excellent. Easy check-in, and Cortney was super-responsive and communicative through the whole booking/staying/closing process. It was a pleasure to feel like he really wanted us to enjoy our time here. Bed was comfy, and although we didn't need the extra bedroom on this trip, there may be future trips where that will come in handy. We would have liked a different living room furniture configuration if we had been in the house more, as it is a bit difficult to see the t.v. where it is positioned right now. Not a problem for this trip, as we were hardly there, really just to have breakfast, and sleep. It was a busy weekend! Love the deck out back. The winter sun hits it just right in the morning, and it was really nice to sit out there and soak in some sunshine. Walking distance to Liberty Ave, where we found a great local bar, Silky's Pub. Strong drinks, reasonably priced, shuffleboard, and even though we didn't eat there, the food looked amazing. Next time, we'll get our burgers there instead of at Stack'd (which was also great, btw.)

It was as stated. There was really nice soap and lotions for a great shower after traveling. Only thing needed was a couple more pots in the kitchen to cook. We needed to make a dish for Thanksgiving and didn’t find measuring cups or stuff but besides that excellent stay.

My friend and I took a girls trip to Pittsburgh from Michigan. After a little research we chose this property because from reading, it was listed as a safe location. It was! We were very comfortable not in the house, but out walking the neighborhood. It was very quiet and all the neighbors were very nice. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Pittsburgh!

The property has most of the necessities. A toaster for the kitchen would be great and some extra bathroom hooks for hanging towels, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to dining, shopping, some sightseeing.

We were very pleased with our stay near Shadyside neighborhood in Pittsburgh. The property is clean and Cortney is a very attentive host who answered all of my questions promptly. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. The property is well appointed with a variety of kitchen appliances, pots and pans, plates and utensils. Our group enjoyed the sweet little outside deck with patio furniture. Be aware that the house does have one set of steep stairs, with bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. This isn't an issue if your party consists of fit adults/older children, but is worth noting if you have elderly adults or toddlers in your group.
