Our Host was very responsive to all of our questions and could not have been any better of a Host. The unit was very well equipped and extremely clean. The views from the Balcony were wonderful and very relaxing. We plan to be back!

We’ve stayed here quite a few times. Always clean and comfortable. Has a great view of the beach and tasty restaurants close by. Location is great.

Pros:
Great location - very close to downtown and several state parks.
Secure - Pass code required for entry to the building as well as a key to get to and from the beach.
Clean - the condo as well as property were very clean.
In the winter you can see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony.
The large shower in the second bath is nice.
Cons:
NOT OCEAN FRONT! The windows of this condo face an empty lot, not the ocean.
Not a two bedroom. It is not advertised as such, but the pictures make it appear to be one. There is almost no privacy in this bedroom.
No shower in the master bath.
Dishwasher stinks...a lot.
Couldn't change the temp on the thermostat. We were hot at night.
Pets not allowed. My dog makes less of a mess and is better behaved than most children I know. When are people going to get with the times and allow pets without penalty?
I would rate my overall experience at the property as a 3.5, not a 3, but VRBO does not allow half stars. That being said, I would still recommend this place to anyone going to the Amelia Island area. The owners were great to work with. My husband and I were looking for a quiet getaway and that is what we got.
I hope this review is helpful. I tried to be fair and honest. If we had known the condo was not ocean front, we would have stayed somewhere else. I feel that we were mislead on that. If being ocean front is not a big deal to you then this is the place to stay.
