4 bdrm house close to restaurants, beach, attractions and quick boating access

Fantastic home! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The pool was absolutely wonderful. We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this was one of my favorites!

We are a family of 5 with 3 kids under 3 and this was our first vacation altogether. It was amazing. I do not have a single complaint, the pool, the bedrooms/bathrooms, the dock- everything is impeccable. Bev was amazing, she answered every question within minutes and even let us do a late checkout because our flight was at 3 and the baby naps from 10-1pm. Fishing off the dock, swimming in the pool, making dinner at the poolside bar were definitely highlights.

My family and I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday and overall enjoyed our visit. Bev was very communicative throughout our stay and even allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved spending time on the back deck and watching TV on the lanai.Our main disappointment was with the pool - never got sun. The listing mentioned it was heated, but the temperature read 65-70 degrees during our stay, even though we were told it would be set to 85. Because the pool sits entirely in the shade, it stayed too cold for us to use, which was a bummer since we were really looking forward to enjoying it. We asked if the heater could be turned up, but unfortunately, that wasn’t accommodated.Aside from the pool issue, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the home’s layout and amenities.

Such a beautiful house and close to everything! We enjoyed the outside area and pool. The house is immaculate and was perfect for our family because everyone had their own bedroom. We would definitely stay here again!! Certainly recommend this stay!!
