On stepping through the double-door entrance, you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining, and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated with Tommy Bahama furnishings, the high quality of this home is instantly apparent.
The kitchen has been finished with wooden cabinets, a central island, and designer granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is also a breakfast bar area with seating for 4 persons—a perfect place to entertain your friends and family.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and we had beautiful weather for our trip. We spent a lot of time in the pool and just relaxing in the home. The property management is excellent and want to ensure a very happy vacation. This is our second trip here at this house- will definitely be back!

While the house was nice I felt based on prior trips to Cape Coral this place was overpriced. It could use a little tlc. The mattress in master was pretty wore out, the valances over the sliders were disgustingly filthy looks like they have never been washed. I realize the hurricane did significant damage to the area but it did get old hearing the hammering, drilling etc. It was supposed to be a vacation - I felt that should have been disclosed. The house was roomy and nice.
