The private pool area is the heart of the home's outdoor living, featuring a heated pool (available for a fee), a stacked-stone waterfall, four lounge chairs, two sun umbrellas, a propane grill, and a two-person table and chair set. Evening ambiance is enhanced by uplighting on palms and pool lighting, creating a serene setting for nighttime swims. The pool area is fully fenced and designed for maximum privacy.
The upper level features a bright, open-concept living area and kitchen—perfect for gathering. The living space includes all-new furnishings, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and seating for six at the oversized kitchen island. The kitchen showcases elegant quartz countertops and is fully equipped with cookware, table service, and appliances, including a flat-top range, convection oven, microwave drawer, slow cooker, blender, toaster, and dual coffee maker.
Just off the kitchen is a screened Florida porch with a custom-built dining table seating ten, additional conversational seating for four, and café-style party lights—ideal for outdoor meals and evening relaxation. The upper-level primary king suite offers a peaceful retreat with a generous closet, wall-mounted Smart TV, ceiling fan, USB bedside charging ports, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, water closet, soaking tub, and large custom-tiled shower.
The lower level provides additional gathering space with a second living area featuring a queen sleeper sofa, side chairs, imaginative tiled fireplace, Smart TV, and a shiplap accent wall with convenient hooks for pool towels. A perfect vacation. We stayed with our 5 kids and had an amazing time. The house was beautiful, with everything we needed. and in a quiet neighborhood!! Everything was so clean. Minutes from the beach and a great selection of restaurants. We enjoyed the two screened porches. The pool is completely private from the view of neighbors with comfortable outdoor furniture and a gas grill. The paved camper pad was ideal for setting up our pickleball net. By far the best vacation rental we've found!! We will be back!!

This was our second time staying at Nautical Dreams. My wife and I were here for a week celebrating our anniversary. The house was very clean and the communication from the hosts were excellent. The pool and backyard space was our favorite. After a long day at the beach we enjoyed relaxing by the pool (with waterfall). We enjoyed it so much we've already booked this house again in a few weeks for a family trip with our kids. 5 stars for Nautical Dreams!

What a fun stay and so conveniently located! There were four adults and five children staying in this well outfitted home. It rained most of the time we were there which is a real let down for a beach vacation, but the pool was our saving grace. The kids swam in the rain as long as there was no lightening. In fact, they hit the pool before we could even unload the car! The home included inflatables for the pool and chairs and sand toys for the beach. The golf cart was a real treat for us too. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The side screened in porch was a real favorite for us every meal and in the early mornings and late nights. Having a master upstairs and another downstairs allowed us old grandparents to retreat to our room when the grandchildren still wanted to be active. The bunk room was a real treat for them and was well done. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and dishes. The only thing we could not find was a cookie sheet and that was easily remedied with a casserole dish. There were plenty of towels and we had sample sized shampoo, body wash, conditioner. Each bathroom had plenty of towels. We appreciated the laundry machines which helped us return with clean clothes and prevented us from overpacking. The little swing in the front yard made for some cute candid photos. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this home in the future. The location, the neighborhood, the golf cart, the beach area, the home, it was all just absolutely perfect for us.

This house is amazing we loved everything about it. It was exactly as it said and more.It was very clean. Everything in its place like the dishes,utensils pots and pans everything had a home. Loved the microwave never have seen one installed in an island before and it was wonderful. It was quiet and slow to everything. We did have Golf Cart problems it was scary at first to drive you think the front wheel was going to come off. I call and emailed and text the company 844-979-Ryde they are responsible for the cart but they did not respond to my text or “never “ came out. That was disappointing and you sign the agreement it says that it is like a toaster or any appliances. They will fix it when they get to it so be careful when signing this because you are not guaranteed a golf cart and you do not get the one that showed in the picture because that’s what we were hoping for.And the HOA person came by and they are super nice. Talked with them for a while about the neighborhood.
