About this apartment rental
2 bed 2 bath , very comfortable !! , near the top place in Brickell , waking distance shops, restaurants, supermarket , all for a good stay , you will love it !!!!
Gym , pool, valet parking,at the top of the building,
Very modern apart , preference rent monthly,
floor 15 River view, with balcony, near down town also , all the banks
full equipe .

GUESTS MUST WEAR MASKS/ FACIAL COVERINGS AT ALL TIMES IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS. SIX FOOT SOCIAL DISTANCING MUST BE FOLLOWED. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Guests are required to pay a daily Resort Fee of $25.00 for amenity access. CARD ONLY - NO CASH. .All guests are responsible for parking fees. Only OWNER GUESTS will be exempt.
Shoes and shirt required indoors.Quiet hours between 11PM-7AM. Wristbands are required at ALL times.
POOL RULES: Towels must remain in the pool area. No running, no ball playing , no roller skating allowed in the pool deck. Proper bathing attire required in swimming pools / Jacuzzi. No toys are allowed in or around the edge of the pool. Only flotation devices allowed are arm floats. No outside food or beverages are allowed .No glass is allowed around the pool deck. No personal audio devices. No pets may be brought into the pool areas. No lifeguard on duty. Pregnant women, people with health problems and people consuming alcohol, narcotics or other drugs that cause drowsiness should not use spa pools without consulting a doctor. Children under 12 years old are not allowed without parent supervision.
All those who do not comply will be removed from the property.

Excellent location in the exciting neighborhood of Brickell. Could walk to almost anywhere and Metromover was less than a block away. The cleanest place I ever stayed in and very friendly concierge/valet service.

The person in charge was very helpful and attentive. The area is great you have a mall walking distance and the restaurant downstairs “Friends” is open every day and has a mini market.

I chose this property purely on location. The apartment has an excellent layout.
The kitchen / living room is open...plenty of light. The 2nd bed/bath is off to side so there is
extra privacy. Also,it Is an end unit.
The gym is excellent with a wonderful view of the city and never too busy.
A parking spot is provided,for the renters car only. IT is a valet service.( Uber makes more sense )
I always felt safe. Building staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I would have extended my long stay...but the unit was not available.

We are an older couple, so the furniture is very important to us. All of the living furniture had been changed and was very uncomfortable for older folks. Very close to the floor. Also, communication was not timely. There was a second step of paperwork that I didn’t know about and when Maritza sent it , it had already been filled out by other renters and I had to do it a second time. Also, the equipment in the apartment to clean were broken and not able to clean. When we took possession of the apartment it was dirty and there were 2 rusty folding chairs on the balcony. It was a terrible first impression. Lastly, we had a cold snap and the furnace would not go on. I called Miritza and never received a call back. We ended up leaving two weeks early. I take exception with VRBO, They charge a large fee and they do nothing to ensure their rentals are up to date.
