All of the House overlooks the water of the pool. This newly built house is so confortable sanctuary that you will not want to stay away too long. Offering 5 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. The side and back yards are completely covered for privacy plus an area of lush tropical surroundings. You will also find a covered area with a large BBQ. A full outdoor gym with all the equipment you need to be in shape. Smart Tv in all the rooms, Sonos speaker system in all the rooms.

We have a group that has stayed here when in Miami on business for two years in a row and we plan to book it again for next year. The house is able to accommodate a lot of people and the back yard is amazing with a fitness area, swimming pool, grill area, cabanas and even a water fall. The location is near many shops/restaurants in Brickell and Coconut Grove. The host Ivo and his family are always available by phone to address any issues and could not be more helpful. It is only unfortunate that we are always there on business and have very little time to enjoy this great place. I would highly recommend this home and location for anyone coming to visit Miami!

This house is absolutely beautiful and the location is great. Having said that, as the second group to stay here, there were a few bugs with the house that need to be worked out. No propane for the BBQ and then we still couldn't get it to work properly once we purchased gas, the refrigerator never got below 57 degrees, one of the sinks in the master bedroom was clogged, front door lock set by itself locking us out, no soaps or shampoos in the baths and had to go searching for towels for baths - plus overall cleanliness was a bit lacking (needs some deep cleaning of the furniture and floors). I do have to say that Ivo was very nice and always available when we needed something, and for the most part fixed any issues we brought to his attention quickly. The backyard is stunning and provides a wonderful place for gatherings - however the neighbors did call the police regularly while we were there even when the noise was not excessive, but we were never issued any tickets as the police seemed to sympathize with us - so I would recommend this home to quiet groups until some agreement is made with the neighbors. The workout facility is great, laundry was a bonus as were bikes/helmets to use and there is a lovely garden with vegetables available for the taking. All in all, if a few minor issues were addressed I would love to stay here again and would definitely suggest others consider renting this home!

Unfortunately this house did not fit the expectation we had for the price we were paying to stay there. It is a nice place with potential, but we found it to be in quite poor condition:
-There were ants and cockroaches EVERYWHERE. If you left a single crumb on the kitchen counter it would be swarming with ants the next morning.
-2 of the bathrooms didn't have hot water, and another bathroom had a broken shower head. 2 other bathrooms did work as expected... but this turned to be quite an inconvenience because we had to use bathrooms in other rooms that we weren't using and one that was outside the house.
-The trash area inside the property were the bins are kept was already full of trash, with bags on the ground.
However, the location is excellent, walking distance to Brickell and great neighborhood.
With better maintenance this could have been a great experience, but sadly we had quite a disapointment with our stay.
