Very quiet because in a cul-de-sac overlooking the Pointe du Cosquer.
You can have lunch or an aperitif in the garden overlooking the sea.
A large panoramic window in the dining room allows you to see the sun rise over the sea, see the tides rise and fall on the rocks with the waves. The spectacle is striking and continuous. The old bathroom and toilet at the back of the garage have been demolished for a total renovation this winter 2025 with modified access, go see the photos of the new bathroom, the change is impressive.
Ideal for lovers of the ocean, water activities, surfing, kitesurfing, sailing, jogging, spearfishing, beach, fishing on foot.
The large and beautiful beach of Sables Blancs de Lesconil can be reached on foot by the coastal path in 3 minutes.
You can buy fish and langoustines directly from the fishermen at the port of LESCONIL, 2 km away.
