This house is wonderful so near the sea and very well equipped. Chantal is a charming host and great fun. This part of Brittany is so picturesque. We had a great time and would love to return.

Simple house next door to helpful owner. Well equipped, be aware no towels supplied though. On outskirts of Loctudy so peaceful location, but need a car to get to any shops, for bread etc. End of garden is onto rocky beach, perfect for sitting at the end of the day, when for us the tide was up and the sound and sight of the sea was very relaxing. We were lucky with the weather and found many perfect and safe sandy beaches for swimming in the area. Plenty of interesting places to visit around.

The location is relaxing if you want to relax. Otherwise it is also convenient for sightseeing points of interest from Carnac, Concarneau, oyster beds, Pont-Aven, Brest, Point de Rez and many other locations. You can come back to a beautiful white sand beach and swim and relax. Accommodations are basic but fulfill all needs, and the owner is delightful and delighted to visit with you. I would love to spend more time there on slow speed.

We spend a wonderful week in Loctudy (2 adults, teenager and cat, from the Netherlands). The house is located in a quiet corner of the Pais Vigouden, yet a perfect location to discover this part of Finistere. This part of the coast of Bretange is dotted with picturesque small harbour villages. We enjoyed good cup of coffee with wonderful harbour views in most of them and our daughter loved the delicious local apple juice. Nearly every village has a few places to buy fresh fish and shellfish. We explored the coastal area and visited Loctudy, Lesonil, Ile-Tudy, Guilvinec, Pont l'Abbe, Quimper, Penmarch, Pointe-du-Raz and Benodet. The beach of Traon is so close to the house that we walked it at least twice a day. The house was clean, pleasant and complete. It had everything we needed. We were made a great welcome by the owner and also liked the friendliness of the Bretons. Next year we are going back to spend another week.

We can strongly recommend this little fantastic house in Loctudy, Bretagne. As a family with three teenage kids we had a great time and the house was perfect for us. After a day at the beach the garden was a lovely place to just relax and eat the dinner. We can really recommend the lovely house in Loctudy! A Swedish family of five

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end de l'ascension. Une belle rencontre avec Chantal, une propriétaire attentive au bien être de ses hôtes. Une maison avec les équipements nécessaires, un espace jardin bien entretenu et surtout une situation idyllique avec la plage à proximité. Un endroit calme et reposant. Maison d'une propreté irréprochable, qui sent bon le propre. A une ligne de maisons de la mer.. Très bien equipée, rien n'y manque. On aurait aimé parfois un peu moins de bibelots et peu être un peu de rafraîchissements sur l'équipement menager. Cependant Chantal est chaleureuse, agréable et nous a rendu le séjour parfait. Elle nous a même installé une barrière de protection sur les escaliers pour notre petite de 2 ans avant notre arrivée ! Nous reviendrons.

La casa es una maravilla en un precioso lugar al lado del mar. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones en la fabulosa parte sur del Finisterre Bretón. La dueña de la casa nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo y estuvo muy atenta.

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder im Alter von 10 und 6) hatten einen tollen Urlaub!! Chantal ist eine total nette und lustige Gastgeberin. Sie kümmert sich super um ihre Gäste, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein und steht -bei Bedarf- sowohl mit Kochtipps, als auch mit Ausflugsvorschlägen zur Seite. Das Häuschen war für uns genau richtig, weder zu groß, noch zu klein und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Lage war für uns einfach perfekt, sowohl für eine Vielzahl an tollen Ausflügen, als auch für gemütliche Momente im Liegestuhl am Meer. Der von vielen beschriebene Sitzplatz ist zwar nicht mehr zugänglich, dafür kann man sich aber jederzeit Strandstühle mit zum Meer nehmen, die im Haus bereit stehen. Es war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der Bretagne, denn wir haben uns in die Region und die Mentalität der Menschen verliebt. ;-)

Die Vermieterin, Chantal, ist sehr freundlich und offen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wie auf den Fotos nett und praktisch. Die Sitzgelegenheit direkt am Strand wird es wohl in Zukunft nicht mehr geben, da auf diesem Grundstück ein neues Ferienhaus entstanden ist. Das ist sehr schade. Der Zugang zum Strand soll aber erhalten bleiben. Die Lage des Hauses ist für Radtouren gut geeignet.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es hat alles, was es braucht. Dank des schönen Wetters konnten wir ausgiebig den Garten geniessen. Der Sandstrand ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Chantal ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin und hat viele Ausflugstipps auf Lager. Wir wären ohne zu Zögern noch länger geblieben :-).

Wir sind am 18.08. angereist und wurden von der Besitzerin Chantal herzlich begrüßt. Nach kurzer Einweisung und Übergabe haben wir unser Haus bezogen. Es ist alles da, was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub benötigt (Eltern- und Kinderschlafzimmer, 2 WC, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine (Filterkaffee), großer Garten, W-LAN in guter Qualität und SAT-TV). Besonders toll fanden wir den privaten Picknickplatz DIREKT am Meer, den wir ausgiebig, auch als Grillplatz, genutzt haben. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig (kein Durchgangsverkehr). Der Nächste Sand-Badestrand ist zu Fuß in ca.10 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort gibt es aber auch ausreichend Parkplätze. Wir haben uns bei Chantal sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auch gerne wieder kommen. Sie spricht übrigens sehr gut englisch.

Wir hatten das gut ausgestattete Ferienhaus aufgrund der Nähe zum Meer gemietet. Es bietet Platz für 2 - 4 Personen mit 2 gemütlichen Schlafzimmern unter dem Dach. Die Gästetoilette auf der 1. Etage ist überaus praktisch. Weiterhin gibt es einen Garten mit Gartenstühlen, -tisch und 2 Liegestühlen, eine geräumige Garage mit 2 Fahrrädern, die bei Chantal Marc sehr günstig dazu gebucht werden können. Chantal ist eine sehr warmherzige und freundliche Dame, die uns einige Tipps für Unternehmungen geben konnte und auch ansonsten eine sehr angenehme Gesprächspartnerin war. Sie spricht neben Französisch ziemlich gutes Englisch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der private Meerzugang ca. 50 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt, wo es einen Holztisch und 2 feste Holzbänke gibt. Hier kann man seinen Morgenkaffee mit Blick auf den Atlantik genießen, mittags oder abends etwas essen oder einfach nur das Rauschen des Meeres, das Kreischen der Möwen und das Farbspiel am Horizont und am Himmel bewundern.

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, 5 und 8 Jahre) hatten in dem gemütlichen kleinen Haus eine tolle und entspannte Zeit in der Bretagne. Wir wurden schon sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin Chantal empfangen und sie hat uns auch während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes immer wieder auf schöne und vielfache Ausflugsziele, Restaurants und Veranstaltungen hingewiesen. Die Lage des Hauses ist klasse. 30 Meter zu einem eigenem und durch uns häufig genutzten Picknikplatz direkt am Meer, 10 Minuten Fußweg zu dem nächsten - für Familien mit kleinen Kindern sehr gut geeigneter - Sandstrand und gute Möglichkeiten für Fahrradtouren mit den Kindern. Diverse Einkausmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäcker) sind in ca. 5- 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, dass mit dem rückwärtigen Grundstück direkt an das Wasser grenzt. Hier gibt es eine Bank mit Tisch zum frühstücken, mit Blick auf das Meer. Der grosse Badestrand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Man ist unter sich und wird nicht gestört. Die Katze hat uns sehr erfreut. Bei Bedarf hilft die Vermieterin gerne, beantwortet Fragen, und leiht auch schon mal einen richtig grossen Topf zum Kochen aus. Alles wirklich sehr nett und herzlich. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet, kein unnötiger Krimskrams und Platz um Dinge zu verstauen. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und TV funktionieren einwandfrei. Das weitere WC im ersten Stock war sehr praktisch. Die Fahrräder und den Weber Grill sogar mit Anzündhilfe haben wir gerne genutzt. Wir werden wiederkommen, wenn wir wieder mal in diese Gegend fahren!!

Wir haben in Lavor zwei sehr schöne Wochen im Ferienhaus von Chantal verbracht. Das Haus ist praktisch, gut ausgestattet, sauber und für 2 Personen schön geräumig. Chantal ist eine herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin mit vielen guten Tipps. Ihr Englisch hat uns den Urlaub sehr erleichtert. Das Highlight ist der direkte Zugang zum Meer mit einem privaten Picknick-Tisch, der von uns sehr häufig genutzt wurde.

Très jolie maison au calme avec un jardin agréable.Accueil et gentillesse de la propriétaire avec en plus le Far breton (excellent) pour la bienvenue. Bravo. Nombreux sites à visiter(pointe du Raz,Concarneau,Lesconil,Bénodet,Loctudy.... Belle plage "des sables blancs". Promenades en bord de mer avec vue imprenable. A conseiller aux amoureux de cette belle région.
