About this villa rental
Villa Rojuan is a detached private villa with its own driveway and off street parking. It has a large open lounge and a large dining area. Good size kitchen and 3 Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
Large veranda and private pool with a small rear garden and BBQ area. A large roof terrace and a front garden. The Villa has a new kitchen and bathrooms.

Overall it was a great stay with all the necessities you need.On out last day, the hot water stopped working.

The villa was great to stay in , plenty of room and everything you could need . Our only complaint would be parking the car on the drive as it is next to a busy s bend . The pool did loose some tiles and the tiles had not been grouted but didnt stop us enjoying it . The beds where comfy which was a lovely surprise as some in Portugal are very hard . Toilet door needs a lock as blows open when you are not expecting it . Sadly we will not be returing due to the parking problem which is a shame .

What a lovely villa. The pol is just the right size. Only problem was getting the car out of the driveway as on a bit of a blind corner

On arrival to the villa the front looked lovely as per picture on advert. When we went inside our first impression was that the furniture was very tired and dated. The sofa in the lounge was very uncomfortable. The bed in the double room at the front was very hard. The en-suite bathroom was quite grubby looking and the grouting round the bath needs redoing. The main bathroom shower needs some attention as this was very grubby.
The roof terrace gave lovely views but only had 1 dirty old lounger that you couldn’t sit on. The pool furniture needs replacing as sun loungers and chairs were broken. I did contact owner to make him aware and sent him some pictures. He said he will be getting some replacements. We all enjoyed the pool.
We think the advert for the villa needs updating. The villa also needs a good overall clean indoor and outdoors. You need a car.
