This quiet home is newly renovated with an open floor plan, off of main HWY 360 and near HWY 121. It is centrally located in a safe, suburban neighborhood. This home's location gives you fast access to Colleyville, Southlake, Grapevine, Euless, Dallas, Fort Worth, and more.

Neighborhood Description:
Nothing is better than a peaceful, safe neighborhood in the suburbs with lots of shopping, restaurants, and more less than 10 minutes away! Everything you need is in this area with a local shopping center, Target & Walmart, the DFW airport right around the corner, and many other restaurants, fast-food places, etc. This home is also right next to a main highway, hwy 360, which takes you everywhere you need to go! Find out where else you can visit when you book and check out the home's manual and info booklet!

Unauthorized pets will result in $300 fine and removal from property with no refund. NO drinks or food on foosball table, ping pong table, or arcade.

SECURITY: There is a live and recording ring front door camera as well as a ring camera facing only the driveway for security and safety reasons for both the property owner and guests. Tampering with camera and wifi will result in immediate removal from property with no refund.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM → Early check-in is possible if pre-arranged and depending on circumstances. Please do not check-in earlier without approval- your door code is not active until 4:00 PM.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM → Late check-out is possible if pre-arranged. Please be considerate of the housekeeper’s time- late check-out fees may apply if late check-out is not prearranged and housekeeper has to wait for you.
Cleaning during stays for an extra charge is available upon availability. Price depends on condition of home and type of cleaning desired. House must be empty while housekeeper cleans.
Dropping off luggage due to early arrival or late departure is available but must be pre-arranged.
SMARTtvs have Disney+, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. as listed in amenities, however, they require personal credentials; credentials are not provided.
Propane gas tank provided for fire pit will only last 2-4 hours. One must replenish the gas tank themselves after the one provided is used up.
Dining table can seat up to 8 people as it can extend open. There are 6 chairs already available, the remaining chairs must be grabbed from game room (bar stools) or kitchen (kitchen stools).
Bedding as seen in photos is subject to change!

Arrival was seemless. The home was very clean, loaded with supplies to make our visit easy. Top notch kitchen and cooking supplies. I must add that when we did need something, the Host literally had it there within 1 hour! Very impressive! The beds were super comfortable with very nice bedding. The location was perfect for us, we will definitely be back. Thank you Ari for your impressive attention to detail!!

My family and I stayed for 6 days. We came in town for our son's baseball World Series. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The owner was very accommodating and responds immediately! The house was clean and had more than enough room for my family of 3.The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We stayed here just after Christmas to go to Six Flags and just have some down town together after the holidays. The house was clean well appointed. We all slept well every night and the game room was a huge hit after a day at the park.
