SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

- Primary Suite

The spacious primary suite features a king bed, a twin daybed with trundle, TV, dresser, ceiling fan, and windows overlooking the pool. The private ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and double vanity.

- Second Bedroom

This bedroom offers a full-size bed, TV, dresser, and closet, creating a comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring.

- Third Bedroom

Designed with groups in mind, this room features two Full-over-Full bunk beds, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. A small dresser and closet provide space for storing clothing, making it ideal for families and larger groups.

OUTDOOR LIVING

The private backyard is designed for relaxing and spending time together. Cool off in the pool, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the propane fire pit with direct natural gas access—no propane tanks to replace or worry about running out during your stay. Enjoy meals outdoors, relax in one of the four poolside lounge chairs beneath two umbrellas, and make the most of your time outside with plenty of comfortable seating for the whole group.

GOOD TO KNOW

• Parking: A 2-car garage and driveway parking provide space for up to 6 vehicles.

• Pool Heating (October–April): Available with advance notice. October–November & March–April: $179/day. December–February: $215/day. We begin heating the pool several days before your arrival, so same-day pool heating is not available.

• Hot Tub Heating: Available year-round for an additional fee ($79 one-time fee during regular months; $45/day in December–February with a 2-day minimum). If you book the same day as your arrival, we may not be able to heat the hot tub until the following day. Our pool company activates the heater manually, so availability depends on their schedule.

• Weather Matters: Pool and hot tub heating are affected by outdoor temperatures. During freezing weather, the heater may not reach your desired temperature, even when operating properly.

• Starter Supplies: Paper products and basic toiletries are provided for your arrival. The home is professionally cleaned and prepared before every stay.
