Welcome to "The Crescent," our heavenly haven on Lake Wedowee!

Located in a quiet neighborhood (*no disruptive parties allowed*), this 5-bedroom home boasts a large covered deck with big water views, spectacular sunsets, a 7-person hot tub, and a lakeside gazebo and dock on a private cove!
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the large, covered deck overlooking the lake. A gently-sloping path leads to the water, where you can fish from the dock, float in the cove, or venture forth on our paddleboards to explore miles of undeveloped coastline. Read a book, take a nap, or watch the sun set and the moon rise from the queen-size, hanging bed swing in the lakeside "Lunar Lounge." If boating is your thing, rent a pontoon from nearby Wedowee Marina South, or launch your own boat from the neighboring public boat ramp and tie up right at our dock. After a full day of playing on the lake, gather around the 9-foot farm table for cards and board games, then head to the firepit to grill smores. Just steps away beckons the outdoor hot tub with beautiful lake views, where you can submerge and stargaze the night away.
The main level of the home consists of an open family room with a large sectional, 9-foot farm table, kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bath, and 2 guest bedrooms served by a separate guest bathroom. We have found our family vacation place! What a fantastic experience we had at Cresent Crest! We have multiple children and a ton of grandchildren that had the best vacation we could’ve hoped for. We don’t eat out because we enjoy cooking and eating together and we had plenty of everything to do that- from cooking supplies, food storage space, and plenty of room for everyone to sit to eat. We have boats and a jet ski so the dock worked great for us too. The fishing was good, so good that we had a fish fry that fed 16 of us one night and we even had enough left over, that we could’ve fed 20 or more. Our little ones had so much fun fishing from the dock & banks because they were able to catch a little fish every time they put their hooks in the water. It was also such a quiet, peaceful spot on the lake every day, even the holiday weekend wasn’t too busy & loud.Kelly, our host, was available anytime we had a question and was a pleasure to work with. We hated to leave and can’t wait to return next year for our family vacation. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

This property was perfect for our big group retreat! With its two bunk rooms, it has plenty of spots to sleep. This is our 3rd year in a row in this house and plan to do it again!

It was a memorable experience. My kids, nephews, and nieces were so happy to be there. The two bedrooms with bunk beds were perfect. We were able to make a boys room and a girls room. The 3 living areas made it so comfortable for all 3 age groups to have a comfortable space to hang out. It was overall a wonderful experience.

The property is well kept and clean. The paddle boards were nice for the family to enjoy. During breaks between downpours, we were able to enjoy the hot tub.
