The house was great! Beautiful views of the lake, expansive screened porch, welcoming firepit area, and more. Our group of 11 had place of room and entertainment. The host, Lina, was responsive and kind.

Before booking we asked if we could bring one boat and dock at the boathouse. They reply was yes you can dock at the boathouse. We arrived Friday around 5 ,checked in and my brother in law docked his boat in the boathouse. They had two slips, one had the owners pontoon boat the other was vacant and we had asked to dock. At 10pm I received a rude call from the owner and said we had to get the boat out, we were only allowed to tie to the side of the boathouse. Nothing was communicated that we could only tie to the side prior to rental or in any rules. If you have ever rented on a holiday weekend when there are lots of boats and jet skis, the waves are pretty extreme. So who would want to tie a nice boat to the side of a boathouse so it can be damaged. And it rained all weekend, so it would have had to sit in the rain. The boat was removed from her lift the next morning . But anytime boat was used it had to be uncovered drive 10 minutes to a dock put the boat in, and take it out and cover it and pull it back to the rental house. Needles to say it was a stressful weekend and not what we had planned, since we rented with the intention of docking at the boathouse. Also told it was 100 a day to just tie to the boathouse. Beautiful house, great views, very clean house, grounds and outside furniture could use some TLC but otherwise the property was great. Also baking pans were garbage ready, flaking teflon pans that I would not use. Bring a baking dish and iron skillet!!!
