Sunny balcony, close to the beach, pure relaxation, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, many extras.
The apartment was completely gutted in 2014 and everything was redone. The apartment has been rented since June 2014.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a condominium house on a very quiet residential street with no through traffic. The apartment has just been completely renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom and was designed in a modern, maritime style. The bedroom is furnished with a new double bed and wardrobe, which offers plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothes.
