Sunny balcony, close to the beach, pure relaxation, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, many extras.
The apartment was completely gutted in 2014 and everything was redone. The apartment has been rented since June 2014.

Or are you looking for water sports challenges, want to stroll, stroll through the Büsumer pedestrian zones or the largest fishing port on the west coast and snack on a fish sandwich? Do you want to learn kiting or surfing in a surf / kite school directly behind the dike in a protected area? Is a lovingly and fully furnished holiday home important to you? Then you have come to the right place in the 'Ferienwohnung zur Perlebucht III'. The apartment is on the ground floor of a condominium house on a very quiet residential street with no through traffic. The apartment has just been completely renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom and was designed in a modern, maritime style. The bedroom is furnished with a new double bed and wardrobe, which offers plenty of storage space for suitcases and clothes.
