Overlooking Palmetto Dunes Lagoon is a 2-bedroom villa located at 7802 Centre Court. This second-floor villa offers an abundance of space for the entire family. Guests will have private beach access, as well as access to Palmetto Dunes Tennis and Pickleball Center, three unique golf courses, and multiple shops and restaurants without leaving the plantation! Hop on the complimentary Palmetto Dunes Buggy for transportation to Shelter Cove Towne Center and Marina for even more!
Arrive to Centre Court Villas and park in the spaces directly in front of the building for ease of access to the villa. A few steps down, and a staircase back up brings you to the front door of this second-floor front door. As guests enter, the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and in-home laundry units. The breakfast bar, with two high-top bar chairs, overlooks the dining area – with accommodations for six. The living room is furnished with a new sofa, centered around the flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors lead guests to the balcony, where there is chairs for 4 surrounding a table overlooking the Palmetto Dunes Lagoon.
Off the living room is the master bedroom. Furnished with 2 queen beds, the master bedroom also has a private full bathroom with a traditional shower and tub combination. The second bedroom, found off the dining room, also has 2 queen beds. The guest bathroom is accessible from the entry way of the bedroom, so guests have access from the living room also.
Centre Court Villas provides guests with access to the community pool and grills, as well as beach access. Additionally, guests have access to all the indoor and outdoor amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer, in addition to free Palmetto Dunes Buggy transportation vehicles, bike paths that run through beneath the Spanish moss and oak trees. Palmetto Dunes Plantation is adjacent to Shelter Cove, where guests can enjoy the wide variety of restaurants, shops, marina, and entertainment.

Condo was beautiful and well maintained.:Location of the unit close to a street was not desirable, but on second floor gave some privacy. The outdoor porch was peaceful during the day, but buggy in the evening. The steps from the parking lot to the steps going to the second story unit were a challenge. The beds were comfortable.We enjoyed the bikes and the bike paths.

We loved our recent stay on Hilton Head. Our condo was perfect for our family. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Overall very nice. Property could use some updating ( bathrooms and appliances) for an even better experience . But the location in Palmetto Dunes was great!

We own a summer and fall timeshare week in HHI and usually visit in the spring as well.
Overall the condo is nice. We are Seniors and the steps are steep and not easy to climb. Carpet is stained. The couches are old uncomfortable to sit on. I had trouble finding a comfortable chair. Ended up using a patio chair. The TVs were confusing to operate and the volume did not come on when the unit was turned on.
The kitchen is nice and is well equipped. We had to get a visitor pass for a friend and I was not told that an additional pass cost $26! We have been in Palmetto Dunes for over 25 years and have never had to pay for an additional pass.
