CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Based on availability, you can check in as early as 1:00 pm for a $75 fee, and check out as late as 1:00 pm for the same amount.
PETS: We’re happy to host your lovely pet. We can accept up to two pets weighing up to 40 lbs, for a $300 fee and a $200 security deposit. Pets must be house-trained and are not allowed on furnishings and beds (a $100 fee will be applied if a lot of pet hair is found on furnishings). We also ask you to crate your pet when left alone in the house. Please share your pet’s breed and weight information prior to booking so we can provide written approval.
Please note: Any sign of pet damage will result in an appropriate fee for the damage at hand. A $200 fee will be applied for unattended pet waste.
NO SHOES POLICY: We greatly appreciate you taking off your shoes while in the house so we can preserve the rugs and floors.
HOT TUB SERVICE: The hot tub is serviced on a weekly basis. This may occur during your stay. This means someone will be in the backyard for approximately 30 minutes while they clean it.
LAWN & LANDSCAPING: The lawn and landscaping is maintained bi-weekly. While I do my best to have this serviced between guests, it is not always an option.
SECURITY: To help secure the home for you and your guests, we have a ring camera at the front door and back yard camera.
NO SMOKING is permitted. Cigarette butts may not be discarded on the premises. There will be a $150 penalty for smoking on the premises.

Booked this rental after our original VRBO cancelled last second on us due to maintenance issues. Brandon was super accommodating with the short request. Brandon was also on top of responding quickly if there was ever a need with the house or a concern. The house was super clean and spacious. The game room and garage were a hit. While a 15-20 minute drive to downtown Asheville, ubers and lyfts were not an issue. Definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to visit Asheville.

Beautiful home with great space for the girls trip. Loved the location close to all the activities we had on our trip list to include Biltmore, shopping, UTV moutain trails, hiking, dog walk park...total of 22 miles added to our steps for the week. The backyard was very peaceful and serene for the evening of relaxing and very private. The owner was a 5 ensuring our stay was to our expectations and available if we needed him, which we did not had no issues everything was as described. The game room and theater room was very nice for added fun. We will tag this home for our next trip to Ashland a real hidden gem.

Everything was great except the temperature was 50 when we arrived at 4 and didn’t get to 68 till we went to bed. Would be great to increase a couple hours before checkin.

This home was roomy and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and linens were fluffy. And the home was an easy drive to downtown. A techy would probably have no problem figuring out the fireplaces, theatre, sound systems, and temperature controls, but we were at a loss and there were no written instructions for anything, nor were there any fresh batteries to replace the dead ones in a couple of the remotes. The kitchen was very nice and had plenty of utensils, cups and plates, and there were two types of coffee makers with plenty of coffee for a 6-day stay with 6 people. No trouble with the appliances, but the ice maker was inoperable and there were no ice trays. Also, there was only one trash can bag - no extras. And no soap in the master shower. There is a game room that we enjoyed. However, there is an overall feeling that the home is not well-maintained, especially outdoors. Upon arrival, the steps and walkway were not well lit, the lawn desperately needed mowing (front and back), the pathway and entry were covered with debris, the step railings needed a coat of paint, and the front door handle wobbled so badly that it felt like it would come off in your hand. Outdoor lighting was hanging crooked, and there looked to be wood rot on the exterior railings. Overall the house served its purpose but would not rebook.
