Had a great stay while visiting Asheville. Quick trip, so didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but kids had fun in the game room. Host was very responsive to my text, and when my flight was delayed allowed for a complimentary later check-out. Would definitely book again.

Brennan Brook is a wonderful place to make family memories. It's clean and airy with so much room! And by being only minutes from the best Asheville has to offer, its location is extremely convenient. We cooked several meals in the kitchen, availed ourselves of the many smart TVs, played games in the game room, watched movies in the movie room, and passed out in the comfortable beds. Oh, and the shower's water pressure?…the best we've experienced in a long time.
Want to take a break from hiking, shopping, horseback riding, etc.? Then hang out poolside for the day. Saddle sore from the previously mentioned horseback riding? Then sprawl out in the oh-so enjoyable hot tub. Our family definitely looks forward to returning!

It was OK. The property was billed as "Luxurious." It was not luxurious. It was adequate. The property was billed with a "fully equipped chef's kitchen." It is not a fully equipped chef's kitchen. There was not even a serrated knife to slice a loaf of bread. I bought a knife and left it there. The curtains in the main bedroom did not even cover the windows. There were only six towels for the pool. The house has unfinished areas - like the hallway room in the bottom floor that does not even have baseboards. The pool was nice and we all enjoyed it. And - when I contacted the rental property firm to ask about heating the pool - they said they would be happy to do so - for an (outrageous) fee of 200 a day. The property was an expensive rental and it did not live up to its description or the cost.
