Our cottage was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The lake was fantastic. Deep enough at the end of the dock to dive and do flips! The activities area (basketball, tennis, volley ball, horseshoes, kids play structure) were all well maintained. Water trampoline, water slide and jumping platform were a huge hit with the kids. Mom and Dad even got a few jumps in! Cottages had tons of space from neighbors. Ours had a wood burning stove that we lit one day when it was a little chilly and rainy out. SUPER COSY playing Monopoly and Yahtzee by the fire all day and watching scary movies at night. I definitely recommend this resort. Nice job Sunny Point.

We really enjoyed our stay, and were delighted that the main beach and seating area for the resort was completely uncrowded. There was plenty to do for all ages, and the water slide, jumping/diving tower, kayaks, paddleboards, paddleboat, tennis courts, playground, hiking trail and canoe kept us busy. It was a great area for fishing, as well!
Our cottage was lovely and clean with a large sunny deck, and shady screened porch. The kitchen was well equipped. The swim area at the cottage was weed free and could be accessed from the shore or the end of the dock. The location was beautiful, and, overall, it was very quiet.
A few minor suggestions: I understand the need to distance during these times and really appreciated the contactless arrival and departure. That said, it would be helpful if the cottage information booklet were left on the kitchen or living room table, as it contained useful information, but, since it was on the bottom shelf of a living room end table, I didn't see it for several days. It might also be an idea for the owners to do a brief guest phone check-in the day after arrival as well, to ensure guests have arrived and to answer any questions they might have.
Overall, we had a wonderful time, and hope to return next year!
