One level luxury 1300 sq ft home in the heart of Sammamish WA. less than 20 minutes to Microsoft, Swedish Hospital, and Costco Corporate. 30 min to Snoqualmie pass for skiing. Location, location. Wifi, 50 in tv, granite countertops and washer dryer. Wall to wall carpeting and cherry hard wood floors. Master bedroom with ensuite bath. Great fenced back yard, on a quiet street with an added bonus of Beach Access nearby and Offstreet Parking. Access to community beach limited to escort by owner or member. Public beach access to Lake Sammamish available at Sammamish Landing Park with free parking across street on the lake. Pine Lake also nearby.

Wendy was quick to respond to text questions. This is a nice home and there is room for five people to sleep with two separate bathrooms. I would not say that it has air conditioning, it has a portable rollout, air conditioner, that was not hooked up when we got here. The temperature was over 90 that day. My husband and I figured it out and hooked it up in the back bedroom. I doubt that it would cool more than a few hundred square feet. Also, no Dishwasher but nice property for pets to be part of, if you travel with them. My husband and I do not.

Chose location close to family, and it was great. Small, but everything we needed. Back deck and grill was bonus that we enjoyed

The kitchen was dirty. Tea kettle on stove, dirty coffee pot, left over food in fridge. Had to clean oven before we used it for Christmas dinner. Had to clean any utensils or pots as well. No hot water in kitchen so cleaning was difficult. The info states 4 bed, but there only 3 with sitting room. The heat kept dropping to 60 so constantly had to adjust. There was a lot of items in all closets, difficult to find space for our clothes. House looks as though it is being used as a storage unit. POSITIVE: rest of house clean, nice showers, good location
