Vista Dulce, our home for 23 years, is THE FINEST LUXURY in Cozumel. It is located RIGHT ON THE RIGHT ON THE BEACH, don't be fooled by the claims of others saying "oceanfront". VISTA DULCE has been recently updated with new state of the art A/V and high speed fiber optic Internet equipment and complete streaming services with dozens of US stations for watching sports (NFL of your favorite team) and other US network channels. NEVER MISS ANOTHER SPORTS GAME or your favorite video. We clean everyday with disinfectant.

Our home is conveniently located a 5 min ($8) taxi ride and only 2.25 miles into the town of San Miguel where shopping, dining, sight seeing and many recreational activities are available. This place is a gem. It has every amenity you could want and all are kept in perfect condition thanks to good management and housekeeping staff. It’s right on a rocky beach (bring water shoes) far enough from town that you don’t have to contend with the parking problem but close enough that you can easily get to restaurants and stores. The view from the deck is spectacular and we spent many evenings enjoying happy hour there, watching the sunset. The condo is not close to the port where the cruise ships dock, but you can watch them (and an occasional pirate ship) come and go from the deck and that’s fun. We opted to use the chef services of Sandra’s Kitchen for three dinners and couldn’t have been happier. The meals Annie and Jackie cooked for us were amazing! You should know up front there are lots of tourists on Cozumel because multiple cruise ships dock there every day. Cruisers debark and stroll the main streets or go to one of the many beach clubs on the island. There is a beach club next door to this condo and they play loud music pretty much all day. It was somewhat annoying at first, but eventually we tuned it out. The third BR is on the front of the building and has motorcycle noise. If you want to escape most of the tourist hype, go to the beaches on the east side of the island. They are really beautiful.

There were a couple problems when we first arrived but the property manager and Ruby were quick to fix them. Gorgeous view! Spacious proprty.

Excellent stay. Place was SPOTLESS, Ruby is an Angel and the view is SPECTACULAR !!!Communication is excellent can't go wrong staying here.

Our stay was very comfortable in this well-equipped property. We especially enjoyed the views from the balcony. Housekeeper Ruby kept the condo spotless and was a pleasure to be around as was all the Las Brisas security and maintenance staff.
