The whole team was very friendly and helpful. The building and location are great. The apartment was simple but very comfortable. Will definitely visit again!

México was awesome. Alex was great as far as communicating with us through our stay and quickly handled any issues we made him aware of. We would definitely recommend this location.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
The vacation rental was spotless.
The property manager was adequately helpful.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The PG 3A condo is a good property, however a few small improvements would take it from good to great.
The condo: lack of drapes made for some privacy issues, as well as morning sunlight made sleeping in impossible. Cushions for the dining room chairs would make for a more comfortable and leisurely dinning experience. As well as felt pads under furniture would eliminate noise and keep from scratching up those beautiful marble floors. Lastly we had a few problems with the tv, manuals on hand would have been helpful but we couldn't find any in the unit.
Amenities: we're good when we could use them. One of my biggest complaints were a swim team (8-12) were using the condo facilities for training. Thus limiting the use of the pool and gym. When it wasn't taken up by the swim team, a major condo investor and his large family, not all of them staying at the property, took up the rest. So even having the convience of having a snack bar on site was of not much use. We only used it once for lunch as Darwin was too busy attending to catering to this large families easter and birthday parties . Other than drinks he had no time for much else. Perhaps an assistant during busier times would be benifital.
Location: northern location. Taxi rates should be posted outside of building to avoided getting ripped off. 50-60 peso max to get to Mega grocery.
In conclusion, based on the above. With some small improvements and modified expectations . One can be comfortable with there choice in the Peninsula Grand.
