About this house rental
Summary:
This two bedroom beautiful oasis located in Hanahan is truly close to all that Charleston has to offer! Minutes to Park Circle, Shopping, Restaurants, and the interstate. We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc.
10-15 minute drive to the Credit One stadium on Daniel's Island.
The Space:
Check in easily via the keypad on the front door.
All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.
The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.
There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room with detergent.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property.
The Neighborhood:
There are several restaurants and a grocery store less than 2 miles away.
Getting Around:
You can park in front of the home in the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, or box trucks
Mid-Stay Cleaning Requirement
For stays longer than 10 days, we kindly require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the home fresh, comfortable, and enjoyable throughout your visit.
The cost for this cleaning is the same as the standard cleaning fee and will be requested upon check-in. We’ll be happy to coordinate a date that works best for you to make the process as smooth and convenient as possible.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.
Local Booking Policy
To maintain the comfort and security of our neighborhood, we require that the primary guest lives at least 40 miles from the property. Bookings from within a 40-mile radius are not accepted without prior written approval from the host.
A government-issued ID matching your profile address will be verified at the time of booking. Thank you for understanding and we look forward to hosting you! 😊

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Stoney Oasis. I selected this home because it fit the needs of my family; close to where my children live and because the house was on one level for my disabled husband and father. It is important that the listing indicate that the company will ask for a picture of the driver's license, a selfie and that insurance is required before checking in. Overall the house was clean, but bare necessities were provided. For example, the listing is for 4 people, and four bath towels were provided. Limited supplies available unlike other homes I have rented. There are no lamps beside the beds for reading, and minimal lamps in the living room. Very minimalistic. Therefore, the price certainly exceeded what was provided. The home was convenient to my kids, grocery store and the activities Charleston has to offer.

Very clean and a quiet neighborhood. Centrally located for my purposes. If I had to find one thing to critique it would be to put suitcase stands in the bedrooms because there are no dressers. Other than that not a single complaint

It was everything we needed for the purpose of our stay. The only suggestion/improvement I could possibly make would be to have suitcase stands in the bedrooms since there are no dressers.

Very safe feel in a nice area. Fire Department is less than .3 mile away. Grocery & restaurants are very close as well. Communication was excellent. This property was well worth the money and much better than staying at a hotel.
