This condo complex is located on the beach with amazing oceanviews. Situated in the privated gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation, Brighton Towers, 1st floor. Close to the airport, shopping, restaurants, bars, shows, nightlife. You'll love this condo because of the coziness, the location, and the views. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

The condo is located within a gated community, quiet and relaxing.
This private residence is located within the beautiful private gated beachfront community of Kingston Plantation. It is a 145-acre master planned community, nothing less than spectacular! Complete with 23-acres of freshwater lakes, surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds and above all only steps to the 1/2-mile of wide, white sandy beach.
During your stay, our guests will have access to multiple pools (one dedicated to the Brighton building, located outdoor at the complex along with a hot tub), and a Kingston Plantation Master Association pool, Windemere by the Sea.
Right next door is an Embassy Suites Resort, guests are more than welcome to enjoy Starbucks or the newly completed Black Drum Brewery. A short walk to the brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating welcomes you with many fire pits to grab a drink to relax, along with a large patio for your enjoyment. Indoor or outdoor whatever you enjoy, allows for a beautiful view of the ocean.
You DO have access to the Brighton pool and hot tub.

We had to leave early because of the hurricane but the time we were there was lovely. Very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again.

We really enjoyed being so close to the beach. The condo was very spacious and the kitchen had everything that we needed. So many balconies too! Very nice condo.

Very spacious and lots of balconies. Not having to use the elevator was a game changer for us and we had access to the main floor and pool easily.
