The open living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, including two oversized sleeper chairs and a reclining rocker/swivel chair, making it an easy place for everyone to gather after a day in the sun.
The primary bedroom is the perfect retreat, featuring a plush king‑size bed, direct access to the balcony, a convenient desk for remote work, and a beautifully remodeled en‑suite bathroom with a large walk‑in shower.
The first guest bedroom includes two queen beds and sits directly across from the remodeled guest bathroom, which also houses the full‑sized washer and dryer for added convenience. A brand‑new third bedroom just off the living area provides an additional sleeping space with a full‑size bed.

What an absolutely wonderful stay .We’ve stayed plenty of times at Kingston and never had an owner that absolutely nailed everything perfectly . They had everything labeled with instructions as well .Anything and everything you needed in the kitchen was supplied along with some things that aren’t usually supplied . It was clean , modern and comfortable . Thanks for a great stay .
