About this house rental
1400 square foot 3 BR 2 BA home that sits on a quiet street tucked away just minutes from shopping, and dining. We can easily accommodate up to 7 guests. Perfect location just 5 minutes from I-65 and I-465. 10 minutes from downtown Indy, 5 minutes from Greenwood. We have all the amenities you need for a short two night stay or as long as you need. Fully stocked kitchen if you want to stay in and make a meal. This place feels like home!
The space
This house is amazing, completely new renovated home and everything inside is brand new. It’s just 10 minutes to downtown Indy. Great food all around and easy access to I-65.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire house, outdoor patio, hot tub, and backyard. There are no shared spaces.

We have a keypad entry that gives a completely contactless checkin.

We found this home to be very comfortable. Only in for a short weekend, but the house is located in a very nice neighborhood and was exactly what we needed. We will stay here again!

This property was simply amazing. I felt like I was at home had everything that you need. You didn’t even have to leave the house except for grocery. It was wonderful very clean decorated so nice. Chad thought of everything!

Fantastic place as it appeared in the pics. Newly remodeled and perfect for our Final 4 trip to Indianapolis. Great price and communication was spot on. Beds ultra comfortable. The Kureg and coffee pods were key, loved that touch. Will stay again anytime in Indy.

The house was very clean with everything we needed for our stay from coffee to pantry staples. The beds were comfortable, and we had great communication with the host with easy check-in. We appreciated the pack-n-play and dishes for the kids as well. We would stay here again.
