You'll be on the 5th floor of a new, secure luxury residence with swimming pool, 7 minutes by car from the airport and the capital's city center. Combine business with pleasure.
This very nice house of 110m2 (including a terrace in angle of 30m2) welcomes you on our beautiful island of Tahiti.
It includes :
- 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed (180x200), and another with 2 single beds (90x200) that can be transformed into a double bed according to your wishes.
- A spacious living room, with a large sofa to relax after your day of activities and a large TV connected with Netflix. A large American kitchen fully equipped to prepare good meals and a Nespresso coffee machine for your morning coffee.
- A terrace with an outdoor lounge to relax while enjoying the panoramic view overlooking the whole city, Moorea and the sea as far as the eye can see and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
After intense days of sightseeing, you can also relax in the residence's pool.
The location of this apartment is ideal for exploring Tahiti. It is located at the gates of Papeete, close to all amenities:
- 5 min from downtown and the port of Papeete (20-25 min walk)
- 3 min from a Carrefour supermarket (10-15 min walk)
- 7 min from the airport
- 15 min from the famous white sand beach (Vaiava Beach in Punaauia)
- 20 min from Venus Point with its lighthouse and its famous black sand beach.

Safe area in an upscale neighborhood. Not an easy walk to stores/town as it sits high up on a hill. Spectacular views of the water and city, secure covered parking, would recommend this as one of the nicest units in Papeete.

This is a really nice condo! The view is spectacular. Definitely recommend to anybody staying in Papeete. The host was super responsive and even met us at check in. Great place to stay.
