In a brand new residence, located at the very entrance of the capital of Tahiti, we propose this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment, functional and bright, an ideal seasonal rental for a stay close to the capital city of Papeete.
The Alicia's Sky apartment, entirely new, is located in a high-rise, quiet residence, in a large secure residence, with a beautiful swimming pool, a children's pool and a gym.
Covering an area of 90 sqm this charming holiday apartment has two bedrooms, a living room and a beautiful large terrace with sea view.
The Alicia's Sky apartment offers all the comforts of high standing tourist accommodation, it is composed as follows:
- an entrance with a separate toilet,
- a first air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, a work desk and storage cupboards, overlooking the terrace,
- a large living room with open fitted kitchen and pantry,
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a double sink.
- a second air-conditioned bedroom has a large double bed, a chest of drawers, storage cupboards,
- a spacious terrace with the dining table.

Pool is beautiful. Kitchen is very well equipped and it is great having spices, coffee, and tea available so as to not have to spend money buying that type of thing that can’t get used up. Bathroom was very nice - really nice to have 2 sinks. (Water pressure is great.) The deck is AMAZING and the view is AMAZING! (Car rental really is a must, BTW.) Just love the place!

L'appartement a une bonne localisation par rapport à Papeete ce qui est pratique quand on doit s'y rendre peu importe les raisons. Il est également bien équipé et agréable, à 4 pers on s'y sent bien. L'accès à la piscine est vraiment appréciable surtout avec les enfants.

The apartment, complex, view were absolutely beautiful. It was very comfortable.
I Iaorana Agency was a joy to communicate with, and made us stay very pleasant, Jeannette was very helpful to us.
