Skip the rental shops and launch right from your backyard! We offer one 17’ canoe and two kayaks available for rent—perfect for a peaceful morning paddle or an afternoon exploring the Pine River. The screen porch, a major attraction, was filthy, and its only somewhat comfortable seating -- a couch -- was soaked because it was left by the porch window in the rain before we arrived. No firewood. Pots and pans had stuck-on food; dishes marginally clean. Bed linens plasticky and uncomfortable. Some of the ceiling lights were not working. On the positive side, the river was lovely and quite private, the neighborhood was quiet, and other than noted above, the house was generally clean.
