Went to Pittsburgh for my husband's 50th Birthday and we had never rented a home thru this service. The property was great and the owner was even better. Very helpful with information on the Pittsburgh area. We had a wonderful experience and a GREAT vacation.

This is the first review I have ever done after many stays with VRBO. I felt is was necessary as there hasn't been many reviews on this property and other renters should know what we encountered. My main issue was that this was an upstairs apt and the lower tenant was a smoker. This may not bother others, but the smell was very apparent. I would also like to make aware that there was no outside lighting when we approached the unit and the check in instructions were inaccurate. We had to call the guest contact in order to get in. I must say she was very helpful and said she would do anything to help make our stay a good one. Once entering the unit, we also found garbage in the waste cans and laundry in the washing machine. There was also garbage bags used for window coverings. I rated this a three star because the unit served a purpose for my family of 7 to all stay together. The unit was clean and if it hadn't smelled so much like smoke I would have rated it higher. I just think it is important that people are aware and ask questions before making the commitment to rent this unit.
