Ideal location for first visit to the city. Unit felt very safe and secure. Great shaded neighborhood. Nearby to green spaces and loads of restaurants and street food of all types and budgets. Bars and a comedy club also nearby. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk for essentials. We cooked breakfast on a couple of occasions with no issues when we had any early start. Short walking distance (5-10 min) to the pickup points for the major tours. Easy to find for Uber drivers. Relatively close to airport. Great for a family or two couples. Laundry is complementary and located on top floor of building. Three machines, a bit slow, but they do the job. City is very impressive with much to do. Do not expect to do it all in a week. Definitely worth a second trip.

Our stay at Avenida Nuevo León 124 highly met our expectations. The unit was clean & well organized. Check-in & out was smooth and the HMT host communicated in a timely & clear way throughout our stay. We found it a perfect location for walking through the interesting Condesa neighborhood (near parks) as well as easy access (via Uber) to many of the CDMX points of interest. The kitchen is well equipped but— nearby restaurants were plentiful

This was a good unit for the value. A few items: Good- Communication was excellent. Unit was clean and mostly everything was in working order. Washer / Dryer is upstairs. Detergent was available. Besides being on a major street, unit is very close to many restaurants and by the park. Constructive- Unit faces Nuevo Leon. So when windows are open, it is very loud. The wifi was very intermittent. Probably about 10-12 mpb/s in terms of speed. Couch is a worn and uncomfortable to sit on. They could use new pillows on the bed. On the first two days, the trash from the first floor was very strong. I did tell them and they did have it taken out. Note: the Bed is on the very firm side.
