Stunning new apartment in the Prati area, near the Vatican and Piazza del Popolo.
It consists of three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and living room with large sofa, ideal for hosting up to 8 people.
The elegant apartment is located in the Prati district less than 200 meters from the "Lepanto" metro stop and only 890 meters from the famous Piazza del Popolo.
Everything can be reached in a few steps.
It is a brand new apartment, all recently renovated with quality materials, belonging to the luxury category.
With independent entrance via a small private garden.
Equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kitchen, pots and pans, towels, sheets, blankets, washing machine, Wi-Fi and electronic doors.
Free parking space.

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash
3) Evening check-in after 11PM = €50 in cash
4) Night check-in after 1AM = €75 in cash
4) Missed agreed check-in time = €30 in cash
5) Missed notify in case of delay = €30 in cash
6) Use whats-app to communicate with our check-in staff
7) Without cash on arrival it will not be possible to access the apartment, the cost of extras cannot be left at check-out
8) If our staff has to return to the apartment a second time because you do not have cash upon arrival, you will pay a supplement of €20 9) We provide a welcome kit for each guest, we do not restock or clean the apartments every day

We (3 couples) had a very nice stay in the appartment. It has nice beds and a nice courtyard to sit in and is situated perfectly both in walking distance to many places in Rome and very near to a Metro-station. I would not recommend it to more than 6 persons though, since the last 2 has to sleep in the living room, and it is not that big.

The place was modern and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to all kinds of stores and shops. The coffee shop at the Hotel across the street was family owned and always ready to call me a taxi. Would stay here again.
