About this apartment rental
We are looking forward to welcoming you to this modern and bright apartment in central Prati. The location is excellent for tourists being well connected to the city. Peter s Basilica and the Vatican. The nearest metro stop Lepanto is 1 minute on foot. The neighborhood is very central and vivid, there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants so you will enjoy a truly local experience of Roman life.

The apartment has 3 large bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and is suitable for couples, families or friends up to a maximum of 9 people. The apartment has 2 separate entrances and can be split into 2 properties by locking the door into the middle (each will have its own kitchen).
Layout:
1st bedroom: 1 double bed plus 1 double sofa bed
2nd bedroom: 1 double bed
The bedroom has a comfortable double sofa bed
Kitchen: 1 single chair bed
There are 2 bathrooms each with a spacious cabin shower.
The flat is fully furnished with everything you might need.

This place was beautiful, it was the perfect amount of space for our group of 6 friends and in a great location. Super close to the metro, so we could easily get to other parts of the city. The neighborhood not too busy/crowded, even during the Christmas/new year holiday season. Great area for food and shopping! My only comments- 1. I was unable to get in touch anyone on Vrbo messenger until about 3 days prior to the trip (which is when the check in instructions are provided), despite me sending a few questions/messages earlier- but this may have been an issue with the messaging platform itself and nothing against the host! Once I did hear from the host, the communication was great and she was very responsive to all of our questions during the stay! She also offered lots of suggestions for nice spots in the neighborhood, which we really appreciated! 2. Note that there is no washing machine in the unit, but there is a laundromat very close by. Overall- had a wonderful time and would definitely book again! :)

We enjoyed our stay in atone at this lovely flat that easily could accommodate two families if needed. Each portion of the apartment(s) has its own Kitchen, bedroom and living area- which gave us two of everything during our stay (perfect for our family if 5). Our hosts were available, responsive and very helpful to getting us acclimated to the apartment! We would stay here again for sure! It was a minute to the Metro and a short walk to St. Peter’s or the Villa Borghesa.
