Welcome to Sunrise Beach 2403!
Elevator modernization will be going on (2 elevators will be shut down while the others are up and running) until 5/18/2026.
We purchased this spacious Panama City Beach vacation rental condo a couple of years ago so that we could have a home at the beach that we could share with our family and others. We selected Unit 2403 because it is very spacious and offers incredible views of the beach. Beach service is included during 2026 season. Our condo is a three bedroom two bath beach residence that sleeps up to 6 comfortably because all the rooms and the living area are quite large. One thing you’ll notice right away is that the balcony views of the world’s most beautiful beaches are spectacular. In the morning, we like to bring our binoculars along when we come so that we can enjoy our morning coffee while we watch the dolphins playing in the gulf. Since we spend time here ourselves, we’ve made sure that this condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of a home at the beach. For us and our guests. Condo is beautifully appointed and well-stocked with any dishes/appliances you could need. Beds were comfortable, views were perfect.
The complex is wonderful, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, 1 splash pad. Enjoyed the tiki bar and close beach access.
Would DEFINITELY stay again!

Everything was very clean and well maintained. It was beautifully decorated with amazing views. Booking was easy and communication with the management company was great. Strongly recommend!

The condo was very nice and kitchen very well equipped! Decorated beautiful! Only complaints: could never get anyone to answer phone or return call about anything. Instructions said call if late arrival for instructions but could never get anyone to answer and message not returned. Elevators very slow if staying on upper floors. Loud music and kids running halls late at night above us, which is not condo owners fault but no one on site to contact. Confusing listing as it says comp parking but resort charged 20.00 per car fee also the rental companies website that sent contract to sign stated beach chairs and umbrella included but they were not. Never a response prior to arrival to questions. Other than that was very nice rental.

We did enjoy the condo but the listing when we rented stayed it was located on the 7th floor and it was actually located on the 24th floor. We contacted the rental company and was told we could look at the actual condo and if we didn’t like it we could be refunded. Not a bad offer if you had not spent the whole day traveling to get there and all the places around were booked. The rental company (not VRBO) was very rude on the phone to my wife and had never replied to ANY messages that were sent the 5 days prior to arriving. I would give the condo 5 stars and the rental company (Best Beach Getaways) 1 star.
