You have found it! Our cozy condo is the perfect island vacation. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a honeymoon destination or just a cozy place to relax and enjoy the beach and amazing sunsets, this is the place. We are located directly on the beach with rare, hard to find, panoramic views for miles in both directions of the beach and of the Gulf of America. You'll enjoy spectacular, unobstructed views of the Gulf from inside the condo and on the covered, open porch. Spend your day hanging out at the beach directly in front of your condo watching the waves roll in. Watch the beautiful sunset every evening while relaxing on your porch or while having a romantic sunset dinner inside. Several restaurants, live music every night, and shopping are all within walking distance, including Magnolias on the Bay, which is right across the street that serves lunch and dinner.

Our condo is updated with high end quality bathrooms and kitchen.
This condo is on the top floor and does require walking two flights of stairs but oh so worth it! We call it the Stairway to Heaven :)
Beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Free Cable TV and free WIFI are included as well.
Our condo sleeps 4 and has two full baths. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room area that has a solid privacy divider and a closet.
There is a washer and dryer for your use.
Free parking for 2 cars.
The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
We do allow children and 1 dog. Additional guests are not permitted on the beach or at the condo.
If you don't see your dates available, we also own the condo in this building directly below, which is also direct beach/Gulf view and may be available.
PLEASE NOTE: Our building is the only true beachfront in our complex of three buildings with direct views of the Gulf and beach inside the condo and on the porch.
The other two buildings in the complex are situated on the road and in the middle of the complex and require a short walk to the beach.
If you're looking for a place to sit on your porch and enjoy the sunset or watch the waves roll in, our building is the only one that has that luxury in our complex.

By far one of the prettiest places on earth. The scenery from the covered deck is not nearly depicted in the advertisement on Vrbo. This place is stunning. Rikke was gracious, understanding and accommodating. We will absolutely be back!

Overall the rental is fantastic exactly what we expected from the pictures. Centrally located on Manasota Key and directly on the beach. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the rental, is the damage and clean up from the hurricane. First, several restaurants are closed on the key. This worked out as we just traveled to find places we have never been but for those looking to stay on the key your options are limited. Second, there is major beach reconstruction going on. The entirety of our trip consisted of dump trucks, bull dozers and bobcats running loads of sand from englewood beach to in front of our rental and down the beach. This starts at 7am and lasted until 5pm. Constant beeping and construction noises the entire time. This made the beach in front of the rental unusable. Englewood beach is closed with giant mounds of sand to be redistributed on the beach. The point of me sharing is this is beyond the owners control but the beach is unusable and the options for food are limited. Please consider this when booking.
