About this house rental
A lovely country house within easy reach of the beach and the attractions of Palma de Mallorca. The holiday home Son Sunyer consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a television. The apartment is particularly child-friendly, a highchair and a cot are both available upon request. Outside, there is a pool, garden, balcony, terrace (with both open and covered areas) and grill, all of which are set aside for your personal use. The nearest supermarket is 8 minutes (5km) by car and is situated in the nearby town of Les Meravelles, where there are many shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. Here you will also find the nearest beach, the Playa de Palma. The nearest airport is Palma, which is 10 minutes drive (9km).

Pros: We very much enjoyed our stay. Jaume was a wonderful host, answering all our questions really quickly. The house has everything you would expect in a second home.
Cons: It was not a problem for us, as we are a family with teenagers, however the stairs would be an issue for families with younger children as they are open on one side and it is not possible to stop a small child accessing them.
The pool is lovely, though more suitable for older children who can already swim, due to its depth at one end and also being able to understand not to run around the outside of it.

Pros: Eine tolle Finca mit großem Pool in toller Lage. Sauber und gepflegt und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich😊👍.
