Extremely friendly staff and close proximity to the beach

Sofa bed mattress was in dire need of a replacement as I did not sleep well on it at all, walls thin as I could hear some other guests coming back after a night out

The hosts were very friendly, they all made us feel very welcome at the venue. I personally did not check the area before booking, so I found out that it was situated in the middle of a vibrant bar area. We were not at Mallorca for this, so we were a little bit afraid that this would cause a lot of noice, but it actually did not! We enjoyed our late evenings on the balcony of our room, having a last drink and listening to the vibrant environment but after closing the doors we could not hear a thing: it was very well isolated. Also a good low noice airconditioning made us sleep very well. The room was need, clean, and plenty of room so we enjoyed our stay here very much! Ow and last but for us a small and very welcome extra: there is a small fridge at the entry, where you can simply get your drinks by placing some money in a cup: drinks getting home in this warmth was very welcome, but the simple trust and respect from leaving cash money gets me back to a better time! I really like this!

For this location: I think nothing could have been better.
