About this apartment rental
If you’re looking for a luxurious and comfy home away from home, then this is the place for you! Located in the heart of the Iconic Dubai City, one of the most happening areas in the Emirate, this brand-new apartment offers unforgettable views of Dubai’s skyscrapers and overlooks the swimming pool, where one can relax and enjoy the charm of Dubai!
The Space
The contemporary style lounge area features a large comfy sofa with an accompanying lounge chair, and a coffee table situated across a large HD television.
The elegant dining table is situated next to the balcony to seat up to 4 people.
The semi-American style kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen appliances to include a toaster, kettle, and a coffee maker for a seamless stay.
Master Bedroom
The tastefully furnished master bedroom features a King-sized bed with bedside tables and lampshades. You’ll have access to a walk-in closet.
Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the balcony with its amazing views.
An en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub, a walk-in shower unit, a toilet and double basins.
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed having an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
Guest Access
Guests can enjoy a wide range of recreational amenities including a Gym and a Shared Swimming pool.
Interaction with Guests
All our properties are exclusively vacation rentals in Dubai that combine the service and convenience of a premium hotel with the privacy and comfort of home. Although we want you to enjoy your holiday home in privacy, we are always just a phone call away for any inquiry or assistance. We are happy to provide airport transportation, housekeeping services for short stays, and other various concierge services at an additional cost.
Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts, and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
Checkout cleaning fees are mandatory charges covering cleaning costs upon guests' checkout. Please note that cleaning supplies are not provided, as this is a serviced apartment, and cleaning should be arranged through our service provider only. A mandatory cleaning session is included for stays of 7 or more days, at an additional charge to keep the unit in excellent condition.
The Neighborhood
The downtown area is a vital region with so many different activities to do starting from shopping trips with your family and friends at the fancy “Dubai mall” which is a short distance away and where you can also visit stunning Aquarium, underwater zoo and see the dancing fountain every night to visiting the famous iconic Burj Khalifa.
You will also find numerous restaurants, Coffeeshops, and Supermarkets scattered in the area so you will have everything you need in a blink of an eye.
Getting Around
You can always hail an RTA taxi to move around the city easily. The Apartment is a short cab ride away from the metro station, where you can get around the city smoothly and Dubai International Airport is around 15.5 kilometers away from the apartment.

it's kind of sad as what you rent and is not what you see in the rental pictures when you get to the condo as per the one above in this request to comment. our condo was not at all what was supposed to be as per the details and pictures that i rented it for. once we are at the condo what can you do we need a place to stay and i am not the typoe of person to complain on site more after the facts.
wish you would put the pictures of the exact condo we would end up in not the one's you decide you will give us when we arrive that is of lesser value. not saying it was not a nice place it was not the one i was looking at when i rented it. my intentions are that i will be back many times to Dubai. I am not sure i will rent again from you due to this as i feel i was cheated out of something i wanted to experience in Dubai and i did not with the one you gave us.
