Excellent apartment. The location was perfect, near Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa. The view from the apartment was amazing. We suggest it to everybody. Our host Reynan was very polite. He explained everything and was there for us for any question and inquiry. He made our stay very pleasant.

The quality of the breakfast could be a little bit better, regarding the excellence of the apartment.

Among the staff, only Shakeel at the reception and Lorena were cooperative. The apartment offers a nice view of the dancing fountain.

When we entered the apartment, the master bedroom ceiling began leaking, and the water was yellowish in color and appeared very dirty. We had to request Lorena to change the apartment because the room was clearly contaminated and unsafe, especially with kids. They offered an alternative room, but only for one day, after which we were told to move back to the original apartment. This meant shifting all our luggage again, which is extremely inconvenient. Usually, when such major issues occur, hotel management should intervene immediately, offer a proper solution, and often provide an upgrade to maintain their reputation. Unfortunately, in this case, the management was not helpful at all.
