Located on the 2ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 15 m² and able to accommodate up to 2 travellers, it consists of a bright living room, a fitted kitchen and a shower room. Sheets and towels included, we're just waiting for you.

- A bright living room with double bed and television
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
- A bathroom with shower
Right in the centre of Toulouse, in the popular Carmes and Saint-Etienne districts, you can take full advantage of the mix of architecture, history, gastronomy and art of living in this cosy atmosphere.
Located just a few minutes' walk from Place du Capitole, it's in the city centre, close to transport links (metro, bus, bike station) and Toulouse's must-see places (Cathédrale Saint-Etienne, Place du Capitole, Quartier des Antiquaires, etc.) and in an exceptional location. This flat is perfect for a business trip or for exploring the Pink City from a very central location.

- Visits: in the heart of the historic district, you are a 10-minute walk from Place du Capitole, 7 minutes from Place Saint-Georges, 1 minute from Place Saint-Etienne, in the heart of the Croix-Baragnon district.
- Going out: you can walk to the city's many restaurants, cafés and museums.
- Food: A Monop in Esquirol, just a few minutes' walk away.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay car park.

Le Studio Croix Baragnon "🙂 The property is incredibly beautiful and in a perfect sport in the city. Marie was lovely answering questions and sharing about places to go and things to see. My room was perfect for ONE person without much luggage. It would be two small for a couple staying in Toulouse.
