Booking a rental in Noirmoutier is a guarantee of spending good times in the heart of exceptional fauna and flora. Located in the Bois de la Chaise, this fully renovated house welcomes you for a family holiday or time with friends. For your swimming break or relaxation session, the sublime Plage des Dames awaits you just a few metres away.
This 70 m² house, tastefully furnished and modern, is located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, in the Bois de la Chaise. Comprising 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, it can accommodate up to 5 people. It has an enclosed garden, a 25 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. You will find all modern comforts there (television, connected speaker, WiFi). The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave and induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and citrus press). You also have a washing machine and tumble dryer for longer stays. Located in an ideal area for families, the rental is situated at:

In the heart of the island, you are well placed to appreciate the charming, sunny island attractions of this corner of Vendée. On foot, you can reach the restaurants, shops and markets of the Heart of Town in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île. You will venture into the narrow streets with tightly packed houses, near the castle. Getting there by bike will allow you to take advantage of the many cycle paths at your disposal.
A surveillance camera is present in the rental property and will be switched off upon your arrival by your concierge.

We had the chance to spend one great week at this beautiful place. The object is one of the rare locations in the area of "Bois de la chaise" and just some minutes away from famous "Plage des Dames". The house is really nice and well equipped with a good sense for style and charme. A perfect place for one family (with 2, max 3 kids). You can reach the city centre of Noirmoutier and all the other nice places by bike our just walk to the beaches close by.
But there are also some things that could be improved in regard to the "Concierge Services":
Though the object is already in the "upper class" of pricing, please be aware that you have to pay an extra charge of 80 Euro for cleaning. Also bed linens, towels etc. are not included and we had been charged with 85 Euro on top. Unfortunately the beds had not been prepared when we arrived and we had to make the beds ourselves. As we booked the final cleaning, the had the leave the house at 8am in the morning (!) which is absolutely not standard and definitely not a convenient service. Extra fees for cleaning and linens have to paid locally in cash. Do not expect that the concierge will able to give change when paying the fees. Also the kitchen was not well cleaned with open wine bottles etc. in the kitchen cabinet.
So summary: Great place, nice house, but the Concierge Service provided by "L'Equipe Hoomy" had not been appropriate.
