Also, we’re directly behind Gleason Park, for a great day of swimming (heated pool), playing on the two playgrounds, and walking the trails around the lake. Our home is perfect for families, couples, groups, and executives.



OUTDOOR AMENITIES

Our outdoor oasis is the antidote to the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The large in-ground pool (complete with pool gear) is perfect for a refreshing dip, while coquina rock brings the feel of the beach to your private poolside. The tall privacy fence ensures that you can enjoy your own little slice of paradise without worry, and the row of sun chairs is the perfect spot to soak up the Florida sun. Fire up the Big Green Egg for a barbecue and then enjoy the fruits of your labor at our al fresco dining table. The covered seating area is perfect for getting out of the sun with your book or mobile device. Going to the beach? We’re happy to provide bikes and beach gear.



LIVING SPACES

Our living room is a must-see for anyone with a passion for mid-century modern design. This chic and stylish space features beautifully coordinated colors and decor, making it a stand-out place to entertain guests or relax on your own. The plush sofa and matching armchair are both super comfortable, while the cozy inviting area rug anchors the space beautifully. The ceiling fan is both practical and stylish, and floor-to-ceiling windows bring in abundant natural light. The living room is ideal for watching your favorite shows on the Smart TV with free WiFi and cable or enjoying a quiet conversation over coffee and hors d'oeuvres. Pops of accent color throughout the room add personality and interest, making this living room a truly special place to call home.



KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is both beautiful and functional. Newly updated, it offers everything the family chef needs and more, with view of the pool. And who could resist that large window overlooking the backyard? Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or just heating up some leftovers, this kitchen is sure to please.The adjacent dining table for 6, overlooking the pool deck, makes serving and clean-up a breeze.



BEDROOMS & BATHS

In the primary bedroom, the beautiful 4-poster king-size bed is the perfect centerpiece. The coordinating decor and nightstands create a polished and stylish look, while the lamp and ceiling fan provide functional lighting. With its modern style and elegant design, the primary bedroom creates a beautiful and inviting space. This bedroom also offers a private ensuite bath.



The first guest room offers a queen size bed with colorful and cheerful decor, a private seating area, ideal for a few minutes with your book, your journal, or simply your own thoughts, and a cooling ceiling fan. The second guest room features a twin daybed with pull-out trundle, perfect for the little ones in your group.

These two guest rooms share a hall bath.





We also provide our guests with free high-speed WiFi.



Guest Access:

Guest have full access to the entire home and private pool area and garage. Your comfort and privacy are our main priorities. We are readily available throughout your stay. Beth & Kyle live close by. We can suggest local favorites or help if you have questions about any of the great shopping, dining and activities in the area.



The Neighborhood:

The home backs up to 27-acre Gleason Park, w/rec center, heated pool, 2 playgrounds, plus a lakeside trail. The location is hard to beat as you're walking distance to tennis courts, the public library and several parks. A short bike ride will get you to the beach (1 mile away), restaurants and more. 30 minutes to Cocoa Beach Pier and Ron Jon’s Surf Shop, 1 hour to Port Canaveral & Kennedy Space Center, 1.5 hours to Disney World. Melbourne Airport just 15 minutes away, Sanford Airport (SFB) 1 hr 15 minutes, and 1 hr 15 minutes to Orlando (MCO).

Getting Around:

It’s best to have a personal vehicle, though Uber and Lyft are available. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance, though most people drive. Biking and walking are safe and easy. But stores and restaurants are mostly frequented by car.



You can walk or bike to a couple of nearby parks, or we're less than a mile to the beach. Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and use of the pool and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming presents to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
