You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and biking present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming or biking if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or rides a bicycle while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the Owner and Property Manager for accidents or claims arising from swimming or bicycles. Just a great comfortable home unusually well stocked and very quiet except for New Year’s Eve, the fireworks were over the top no pun intended.A very nice neighborhood and very close to the beach and Publix supermarket and countless restaurants.

House is well stocked, convenient to beach & grocery store. The community park is just steps away & great for morning walks! The park is beautiful.

Property was clean and perfect amount of space for the three of us. Location was fine for us.. drove or rode bikes to the beach and enjoyed fitness classes at Gleason Park. Only issue was the pool pump which was working well during our stay. Property manager was responsive and attentive.

What a wonderful home... we had a great fun 5 days.. the home had plenty of room and space ... very comfortable and great backyard Pool and Patio.. with the Green Egg..
The home was fully stocked with everything you would need.. The Kitchen was very large and lots of room to enjoy The location is perfect a corner lot and behind the property is Gleason Park with 27 acres of Park with an Olympic size heated pool and great park.. our dogs loved it...also the home is just 5 minutes from the beach and great restaurants... We Cant Wait to Come Back Again.. and most of all.. Beth the Host was OUTSTANDING.. What a wonderful woman.. she communicated with us to see if there was anything we needed... She is A Great Host !! We Will Be Back... such a great property and location... Thank You Beth...
